Workshops:

Breathe, Build Skill, Be Well Workshop

This 3-week workshop is designed for young people between the ages of 12 and 15.

Week 1: Building a Mindfulness practice: Learn about the benefits of starting a mindfulness practice and look at ways to incorporate mindfulness into the everyday.

Week 2: Exploring Our Emotions:  Explore the emotions you experience and learn how to build skills around handling  difficult emotions            

Week 3: Handling a Crisis : Understand what happens to our bodies and minds in a crisis and build skills for  tolerating distress. Learn how to tolerate painful feelings and urges and reduce impulsive behaviours.
