Lillian has over 9 years of experience working with children and youth in various settings. Starting her career path as a gymnastic coach she has grown to gain experience working with youth across Canada in recreational and life skill programming, youth housing and homelessness, employment services, and finally supporting youth navigating the mental health system.
Lillian has completed a Bachelors of Arts from Ryerson University and taken many additional courses and trainings related to mental wellness. In 2014 she completed her 200 hour yoga teach training and incorporates elements of breath work and yoga into her daily life and teachings.
